Jahiz is an integrated initiative designed to enhance the readiness of government talents for the future. The initiative includes the largest digital upskilling platform in the UAE that provides a diverse and interactive learning experience, in partnership with leading national and international experts, thought leaders, and future shapers.

Self-registration is not allowed on Jahiz. Targeted federal government employees will be enrolled automatically via the integration between Jahiz and the national HR management system, Bayanati. Registered employees will receive a notification from Jahiz on their official email containing their username and password details. Once received, users can sign in to the platform using their Emirates ID number in the username field. For example: 7841982********, and the provided temporary password.

Learning journeys are offered in a number of future skills groups, including but not limited to: digital skills, sustainability skills, 10X skills, and key specialised skills.

No, your account will not be lost. However, if your account remains inactive for six months or more, it will be suspended. You can reactivate it once by following the platform’s reactivation process, but further inactivity may result in license termination.

Each programme assigned to users is required to be completed within the year of its launch.
